The Sanskrit word for Hada is Hatha, which means strength and energy. In Sanskrit, Ha means "sun" and Tha means "moon".
Hatha yoga can be said to be the most suitable for zero knoweldge yogis ,it is basic yoga . Because Hada attaches great importance to the control of breath in the postures, there are relatively few transitions between movements. Practitioners can learn how to stay in poses for long periods of time, using the breath to guide them to achieve deeper awareness of the body. The teacher can explain each action one by one. Coupled with the slow pace of the steps, beginners can completely focus on the current practice.
