Flying Yoga
Description

Aerial yoga is also called "anti-gravity yoga". It uses the principle of suspension to remove part of the weight, making it easier to perform more difficult postures than ground yoga, and you can also enjoy the fun of floating in mid-air. .

In the air, almost all body parts are forced to move and stretch. Muscles are toned and redefined, and joints regenerate and strengthen as a result of these movements.

Aerial yoga reduces stress by reducing gravity, releasing tension in bones and muscles while in a hammock, increasing flexibility and mobility in the spine and shoulders.

The aerial yoga in our studio does not focus on fancy pose. We more hope to use the hammock during the warm-up process to improve physical problems in the only 35-40 minutes. Problems include mild scoliosis, disc herniation, and shoulder and neck tightness. In addition to relaxing during the warm-up, we also reshape the body's muscle tissue and strengthen the muscle tissue to improve some pain or spinal problems in the body.
